WINTER DASH 5K !

HEY EVERYONE! As you may know, Addie Cullenberg and I are on USATF XC teams this year (she is intermediate, I am young women) and since we qualified for nationals today we will be traveling to Reno, Nevada on Dec. 12th! In order to help fund for our trip(s) we have created a road race here in Farmington on Dec. 5th. It would be amazing if you guys could come and run (or walk!) and we would greatly appreciate it! So here are the details, and we hope you can come!

2009 WINTER DASH 5K
DECEMBER 5TH, 2009
THE WHISTLE STOP TRAIL IN FARMINGTON, ME
this trail is mostly flat, packed down dirt - you can run very fast on it !

REGISTRATION STARTS @ 11:30 THE DAY OF

1 MILE (18 and under = no excuses for not participating!): 12:30pm - $5
5K: 1:00pm - $10
BOTH (woah!): $12

awards/prizes to top finishers

snacks and hot beverages after
